Kathleen Grove has been consulting, advising and counseling in a professional capacity throughout her career. Her career has encompassed the fields of law, business, mental health counseling, and higher education. In her current position as the Director of the Office for Women at Indiana University Indianapolis, she focuses on women’s leadership development and mentoring and helping the university recognize, utilize, and advance women’s talent.
