Intercultural Communication Training

ICIC offers intercultural communication training for non-native professionals or students wishing to better navigate U.S. society and their workplaces as well as for native professionals and students who wish to better communicate across ethnic, national, or class classifications.

Each program is tailored in course length, curriculum, and location to best fit the specific needs of the requesting organization and participants.

As ICIC’s director, Dr. Ulla Connor is one of the foremost authorities on intercultural communication. In the development of these programs, ICIC emphasizes the development of high-quality research-based curriculum using best practices.
