The purpose of the Graduate Student History Association (GSHA) at IU Indianapolis is not only for history graduate students to network with one another, but to form a community. Graduate school is an important time in anyone’s life and students need a support system.
Graduate students connect with fellow graduate history students through social events, and professional development activities. GSHA can also be used as a tool to plan professional development activities (writing workshops, study sessions, email updates about academic events etc.) and fun outings (cook outs, field trips, etc.).
Through GSHA, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, interact, and grow as a student, a professional, and a community.
