With your philanthropic help, the Hoosier Writing Project can continue to create better learning opportunities for both students and teachers in and outside of the classroom. The Hoosier Writing Project offers summer institutes and year-round professional development to teachers of writing and has done so since 1992. We help teachers go beyond test preparation and “boxed” curricula to challenge and inspire students with the rich possibilities of language.
HWP also sponsors the Central and Southern Indiana Region of the Scholastic Writing Awards. Your donations can help us send copies of the annual anthology to student writers or to classrooms.
