Dr. Chris Lamb, chair of the Department of Journalism and Public Relations, published an op-ed on Friday in the Indianapolis Star. The piece highlights the department’s student experiences reporting at this year’s NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

“This isn’t just a classroom exercise for the seven IUPUI journalism students who are covering the tournament; it’s real life,” he wrote. “Being at the tournament is something so magical it might change their lives.”
