The Speaker’s Lab is bringing back a new tradition! In our past, the Assistant Directors would choose a Mentor of the Month. This highlighted the wonderful work that our mentors do and gives recognition to those who put in 110%. We are so happy to announce that the Mentor of the Month for October is Laura-Lei Caplinger!

Laura-Lei is a supervisor at the Speaker’s Lab and has been working here for almost 3 years! She is currently a junior and is studying Social Work. In her free time, Laura-Lei loves exploring Indianapolis and spends her time with her sorority, Phi Mu, and participates in Jagathon.

Laura-Lei is extraordinary in the Lab and always gives the best feedback on outlines. She always does what she can to assist in the lab and always comes in with a smile on her face! She is now in charge of our Speaker’s Lab Instagram and creates the best content for our students. We love having Laura-Lei in the Lab and appreciate all she has done to make this place amazing!
