City of Indianapolis

About Indianapolis

Indianapolis (“Indy”) is the capital city of Indiana and the 14th largest city in the United States. The city is famous for both its pharmaceutical and life sciences industries as well as for major sporting venues and teams, such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (home of the “Indy 500”), Indiana Pacers (basketball), the Indianapolis Colts (American football), and the Indy Eleven soccer team.

Although Indianapolis is a large city, it is convenient to get around, people are friendly, and there are many parks and green spaces where you can enjoy being outside.
