Seregny Award for the Best History Student
Overview
The Seregny Award for the Best History Student honors Professor Scott Seregny and recognizes the graduating senior who best embodies the qualities that Professor Seregny brought to his field and the department: intellectual accomplishment, originality, and curiosity.
Selection Criteria
Undergraduate seniors who have taken at least 24 credit hours of history and a minimum of 15 hours of upper-level courses at IU Indianapolis are eligible and will be considered for the award. GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.5 on 4.0 scale. Selection will be based on the student's GPA within the major, the variety of courses taken, and their performance in those courses.
