Room Reservations
We welcome faculty, staff, and student organizations to use our facilities in Cavanaugh Hall. Those who want to use the meeting spaces or classrooms within Cavanaugh Hall should submit a room reservation request. This includes requests to reserve the tabling space(s) in the second floor lobby (CA 299).

Facility Improvements
Any changes to building design and construction as well as furniture, furnishings, and signage requests must be approved by the university. This encompasses new construction, additions, renovations, interior design, space changes, floor coverings, wall coverings, window coverings/film, casework/millwork, etc.
If you have an idea for a facility improvement, please contact the building coordinator for Cavanaugh Hall who can act as a project manager and liaison between you, the School, and the appropriate university building design and construction team(s).
