Creating Accounts
No new social media accounts for School of Liberal Arts departments, programs, centers, projects, or organizations may be created without approval from the Marketing and Communications Team. This is per an ongoing directive from IU University Communications and Marketing. Contact Loretta Good.
Creating Posts
Keep your post simple, concise, and as short as possible. Effective posts have very few words and no more than 80 characters. For events, focus on the time, date, location, and cost. Consider using an image to add a visual interest.
We encourage all groups to use Adobe Express, Canva, or the social media templates below to create images. Departments and programs may also work with the Administrative Shared Services Team to have images created.
